HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITMENT:

From our large database of skilled, semi‐skilled and no skilled labor force we offer preferred selection and qualification of candidates in accordance to our client’s specifications.

Recruitment Process:

This is a comprehensive recruitment package and gives you value your money. It includes a well refined shortlist, support through the interview process and thorough background checks on the candidates we send you. It also includes a rebate period of 3 months where we replace a candidate who leaves within this period without any extra charges.

  • Fees are payable within fourteen (14) days of receiving the invoice. However, this can be
    discussed based on company’s payment procedures.
  • If the Engagement of a Candidate is for a fixed term of less than 12 months then fee will be
    calculated pro rata as above.
  • We have a 3-month window where we follow up with the client and candidate to see how
    the placement is working out for both parties.

STAFF OUTSOURCING SERVICES:

We provide outsourcing services that include but not limited to

  • Sourcing and hiring employees
  • Issue offer letters and templates
  • Handle induction and training
  • Payroll and pay slips issuance
  • Performance management
  • Leaves and leave form templates etc.

This service is customized according to the company’s requirement.

STAFF TRAINING PROGRAMS:

Programs include customized training in general etiquette, customer service, sales and marketing skills, front office, hospitality, and others. We provide on the ground management on arrangement, to train the members in sales/marketing/customer service, give one on one mentorship to identify and rectify weaknesses that may deter personal growth and profitable results. The charges for these are flexible and upon agreement from both parties.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:

This service eases the hustle of submission of statutory deductions. It includes NSSF, NHIF and tax (itax), PAYE union dues etc. We will send our experts to regularly visit and update the same in your company. This service is custom made to the company requirements. We also give professional advice on remuneration packages ideal for different company needs that will attract and retain employees at favorable costs

 

Recruitment Process

One
Employer gives Carlspoint Solutions the requirements which will include job category, age, gender, qualifications, experience, gross salary, expected interview date and any other relevant information. Carlspoint Solutions does a skills matching, shortlists the best candidates and sends them to the employer for the interview on the agreed date.
Two
Employer interviews and selects the right candidate(s) and informs us on their decision and employee starts work. Carlspoint Solutions forwards a fee note based on the successful employee's legal agreement to the employer.
Three
Carlspoint Solutions standard fees are 3 months’ net pay of the candidate’s remuneration during the first 12 months of the Engagement exclusive of VAT. We charge 6 months’ net pay for Management and Executive positions exclusive of VAT.
